Ingredients:
For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

For the Topping:

2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

Instructions:
For the Crust:

In a food processor, combine the flour, honey, and salt. Pulse to mix.

Add the cold, cubed butter, and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

With the food processor running, drizzle in the ice-cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, knead it briefly, and shape it into a disk. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
