It’s a living practice of ecological care,
folk medicine, and gentle beekeeping.

Founded by Phoebe, a former journalist turned bee farmer, our work began with a return home and a deep reckoning with the ecological crisis unfolding across Britain. What started as an apprenticeship in bee farming soon grew into a mission:
To elevate British honey as medicine,
restore ancestral knowledge,
and empower people to take charge of their health and wellbeing -
Slowly, seasonally, and with intention.
