Litha Bees Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every spoonful of honey you receive from us - but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns Eligibility

  • You may return any unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to the nature of our food and wellness items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll either:

  • Offer a replacement at no extra cost
  • Provide a full refund, including shipping

Please include photos and a brief description so we can resolve things swiftly.

How to Return

  • Email us at pollenectar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
