Bee Club
Where Curiosity Meets Community
A season-long journey in the art and science of beekeeping, designed for beginners who want to connect deeply with bee craft.

Not just a course - It's a community of new beekeepers learning together
Bee Club is your invitation into the living world of the hive - an immersive, hands-on beginner’s course led by our head beekeeper, Phoebe, in the heart of Staffordshire.

Learning is better, together.
Whether you're dreaming of your own hive or simply want to connect more deeply with nature, Bee Club offers a rare chance to learn by doing. No prior experience needed—just curiosity, a love of the outdoors, and a willingness to get a little sticky.
-
Just like having your own bees...
Each week, you’ll suit up and step into the apiary to learn the rhythms of colony life: inspecting brood frames, spotting signs of health and stress, and understanding the seasonal needs of bees. It’s not just theory—it’s touch, scent, sound, and instinct. You’ll be guided by Phoebe’s expertise and relaxed teaching style, with plenty of time for questions, reflection, and tea.
-
No Kit? No Problem
We provide all the essential protective gear to keep you safe and comfortable. Members can rent a full bee suit and gloves for each session, with the option to purchase their own kit if they choose to continue beyond the course. Our suits are breathable, easy to move in, and thoroughly cleaned between uses - so all you need to bring is your curiosity and a pair of sturdy boots.
-
24/7 Access to our Online Community
Our "Hive Mind" keeps the conversation buzzing all week long. Members are invited to join our private Facebook group and WhatsApp chat, where questions, photos, seasonal tips, and shared discoveries flow freely. Whether you’re troubleshooting a tricky inspection, celebrating your first queen sighting, or simply curious about what others are observing, these spaces offer real-time support and connection.

Join for as little as £8 per week
Between purchasing bees, hive equipment, PPE, tools, and training, initial setup often exceeds £500–£800. Bee Club offers a more accessible path: for a modest membership fee, you gain weekly hands-on experience, expert guidance, and a supportive community—without the upfront investment or the pressure of solo learning. It’s the perfect way to explore beekeeping before committing to your own colony.
